The role of cultures in Europe, the importance of creators, artists and craftsmen  for our citizens’ happiness has not drawn the attention of politicians. Yet only art and culture make it possible to infant a true respect towards oneanother and a desire for peace, giving us the opportunity to accomplish our own realizations. It is only through creation which helps a child to develop, to get civilized, that we will be able to generate a society that dominates and absorbs violence.

It is art that can structure our young citizens’ personalities, makes them more open-minded, more respectful for eachother, more willing to set up peace. It is culture that allows everyone to go back to one’s roots and to be involved in the creation of future. Only culture will give us a true European conscience. The blooming of different cultures gives Europe a special glitter and throughout ages brought to us the rest of the world.
By ignoring culture so evidently you would build an ivory tower built in sand.
